Hello Shaun and all forum folks I am also using AOL 9 with voyager modem just downloaded RC1 but couldnt connect to the internet at all I cant believe that microsoft are not aware of this and hope they resolve this as soon as I have been using AOL for many years and dont see why I should have to give it up when Microsoft are well capable of sorting it out Hope there is some help on the way soon. When I tried to open the aol software again my computer crashed telling me various things. Is there anyone who can make sense of this and offer me a solution other then re-installing any software, particularly aol since I've already tried this three times.

It seems to me that microsoft has listened and possibly with the Service Pack one also resolved the problem with AOL. It's working fine now. Hope it helps many others with similar problems!

I only support Norton products but I am sure that someone on Tech Support Guy can help you in further troubleshooting the issue. I would strongly reccomend that you install an alternate browser to see if you experience the same issue when you visit web pages.
